N. Iroquois Away welcomes guests all year round allowing you to capture the pure Michigan experience!

 

Cabin Rates:

$200 per night for up to 6-8 guests and a $125 cleaning fee (Please contact for parties larger than 8 guests)

RV camping available  $40/night per RV. *Two full size RV spaces with 220v hookup available.

Deposit Requirements:  50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to reserve our cabin. We will no longer “hold” our cabins or annual vacations for guests without a deposit received upon booking. Reservations made on site for the following year must be paid at that time. If you reserve via phone, deposit must be received by mail or via venmo, paypal etc with 48 hrs. 

Balance is due 48 hrs upon arrival the door code will be assigned to you when paid in full.

 

Check-in: Check-in time is any time after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.  We kindly ask that you do not arrive to the property any earlier than the check-in time, our staff needs this time to safely and effectively clean and prepare for your stay.    

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure. You can just lock the cabin once you leave.

  

Cancellation Policy:  Please notify me ASAP of any changes to your existing reservation ASAP.  In the event of a cancellation, we will allow deposit to be transferred to a different week within the same calendar year if we have availability.  Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the following year.

Pets: We do not allow pets  

Smoking:  There is to be NO Smoking in the cabin and you are to dispose your butts properly.

 

 

Departure Responsibilities:   The Cabin must be left in a reasonably clean state. Leave the provided mattress pad on the beds.  Refrigerator must be emptied of all your belongings. Counter-tops, sink, table and chairs need to be wiped down. All the dishes must be washed and put away where they were found.  Garbage from all rooms in the cabin must be removed.  You can dispose of your garbage as needed, at the meshed garbage bin located at the end of the driveway.  Floors must be swept of all sand.  You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if the cabin and surrounding grounds are not "reasonably clean" and meet the above listed requirements.  We don't expect you to fully clean your cabin, simply leave it in a respectful manner. ​

 

Cabin Amenities:

For you convenience the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, a coffee pot (regular ground and keurig), all the pots & pans, dishes, most cookware needed and a small slow cooker.  There is also a picnic table, fire pit with coking utensils (hot dog cooker and hobo pie maker), gas grill and outdoor chairs, along with nice cushioned patio set on the deck.

Hand and dish soap, 2 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 4 garbage bags are provided for each stay.

There is a brand new HVAC system just installed 8/2022 including central air. Please be mindful of keeping doors and windows closed as the air is running for your comfort. Flooring is also all brand new please respect all the time, love and hard work that was done to this home by removing shoes if you can :) 

*Free wifi is available.  We have provided some indoor games that our family enjoys as well. There is a TV in the living room with an attached Roku stick for you to log in to your favorite entertainment  apps.

 

COVID-19 Policy Information:

For your health and safety, the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay. If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, been exposed to someone who has, or having any of the following symptoms or sickness within the last 14 days, we ask that you please stay home. According to the Center for Disease Control Symptoms Include: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough, fever, chills, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.

To help you better prepare for your upcoming reservation, we have included a detailed list of all cabin amenities and a suggested list of items to consider bringing.
